Erin N. B. Bruno

Erin Bruno is an associate at Potts, Shoemaker and Grossman, LLC. She arrived at the firm after having spent thirteen years as a litigator with the Chester County Public Defender’s office, trying cases from summary citations all the way through homicides. She represented juvenile defendants, clients facing incarceration and every client in between, and argued at levels from the Magisterial District Court through the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Before becoming a litigator, Erin clerked for the Honorable Judge Denis Cohen in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She is an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Boston College Law School Alumni Committee, and the Chester County Bar Association, including its Membership Committee.

Erin’s local litigation expertise gives her not only insight into the local practice pitfalls and best practices, but also insight into when matters are best litigated through the court system and when they’re best resolved without going through the full litigation experience. She looks forward to providing insight and assistance in navigating you through the legal process with empathy and experience.
