Erin Patton, Esquire


Erin is a lifelong resident of Chester County. Upon graduation from high school, Erin studied Criminal Justice at Neumann College where she graduated magna cum laude. She attended law school at Widener Law in Delaware and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2015. While in law school, Erin was a judicial extern for the Honorable Katherine B.L. Platt and the Honorable Anthony A. Sarcione of
the Chester County Court of Common Pleas as well as the Chester County Family Court Master’s Unit.

Erin also participated in the Veteran’s Law Clinic at Widener and assisted disabled veterans in obtaining benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Since graduating from law school, Erin has practiced
family law exclusively. In 2019, Erin was appointed to the Chester County Family Court Rules Committee. She is an active member of both the Chester County Bar Association Family Law Section and the Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court.

Erin looks forward to compassionately advocating for her clients and helping them solve even the most stressful family law issues.
