Melissa A. Iacobucci

Melissa Iacobucci is an attorney at Potts, Shoemaker, and Grossman, LLC.  She graduated from Temple University James E. Beasley Law School in 2011, and Williams College in 2008, where she earned her B.A. in English and Political Science.  While in law school, she interned as a law clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Melissa has practiced family law exclusively since 2015.   As both an advocate and advisor for her clients, she assists them in achieving their goals and objectives through strategic planning and skilled negotiation.  She recognizes that each client’s situation is unique and tailors her approach and strategy accordingly.  Effective legal representation is not one sizes fits all, and Melissa is dedicated to providing trusted and thoughtful guidance through highly emotional and personal family and financial issues.

Melissa is a member of the Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court, past member of the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA), past editor of the MBA Law Reporter, and served as Co-Chair of the Women in Law Committee of the MBA.  She currently serves as a Board Member of the Phoenixville Area Children’s Learning Center.

A lifelong resident of Chester County, Melissa lives in Phoenixville with her husband, Matt and daughter, Vivian.
